Who we are

Cliqom LLC, QFC 04392, Doha, Qatar. We build AI systems and software for businesses. This policy explains what we collect on cliqom.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

What you type into the contact form: your name, company, what you need, a budget range, and how to reach you. Standard server logs: page requested, time, browser type, and an anonymised address. Nothing else, and no advertising trackers.

What we do with it

We use contact details to reply to you and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. We use logs to keep the site working. We do not sell data, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in a database we control and copied to our email inbox. Access is limited to authorised Cliqom staff.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Vercel. If you book a call, the booking runs through Calendly under its own privacy policy. We do not embed social media or advertising scripts.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@cliqom.com and we will do it within seven days.
