The company

Cliqom LLC is licensed by the Qatar Financial Centre, licence 04392, and operates from Doha.

Licensing there means the company sits on a public register you can check, that a contract with Cliqom is governed by QFC law, and that a dispute is heard by the QFC's own court. For a client choosing a supplier, that is the difference between a company you can look up and a company you have to take on trust.
