Your data stays yours. Your approval stays required.

An agent that reads your business has to earn trust. These are the rules every Cliqom agent is built on, for every client, from the first day.

The rules

  1. Your data stays in your accounts

Agents read from the systems you already own. Nothing is copied into a system you cannot see.

  2. Each agent sees only its job

A payment chaser reads invoices, not contracts. Access starts read-only and widens only when you approve.

  3. A person approves every amount

In the first version, anything with an amount or a commitment waits for a person. You relax it later, rule by rule.

  4. Every action is logged

What the agent read, what it sent, to whom and when. You can check any action in a minute.

  5. Client data stays with our team in Qatar

Agents are built and tested on demo data. Your real data is handled only by our team in Qatar.

  6. Tested before it speaks for you

Every reply is tested, and every Arabic reply is checked by native speakers, before a customer sees it.

The law we build to

Qatar's data protection law

Law No. 13 of 2016 requires consent for marketing messages and proper security for personal data, with fines up to QR 5 million. Every agent that messages customers is set up for it: consent recorded, opt-outs honoured, data kept secure.

Questions people ask us first.

Can an agent send money?

No. Agents remind, record and prepare. Payments and anything with an amount wait for a person.

Who can see our data?

Your team, and the members of our team in Qatar who build and run your agents. Nobody else.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It is already in your accounts. We remove our access and you keep everything.

Does the agent learn from other clients' data?

No. Each business's agents work only from that business's data.

Tell us what is taking your time.

One call, thirty minutes. We answer within the hour, in either language.
