Who these terms are between
Cliqom LLC, QFC 04392, Doha, Qatar, and anyone using cliqom.com or engaging Cliqom for work. Project-specific terms sit in the proposal and contract for that project, and where they differ from this page, the contract governs.
What we provide
AI systems, software products, web and mobile development, automation, and the running of those systems after launch. Scope, price, timeline, and what is out of scope are written in each proposal.
Ownership
When a project is paid in full, the client owns the code, data, and accounts built for them, as set out in the project agreement. Cliqom's own products, this website, and the Cliqom name and marks remain Cliqom's.
Liability
Cliqom is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar and the regulations of the Qatar Financial Centre. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Doha, Qatar.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here. The date at the top of the page is the date of the current version.
