The work is done. The paper is not.
Claims get disputed because the site record is thin, variations go unpaid because nobody wrote them down, and a lapsed visa stops a worker on the day you need them.

The daily report writes itself.
Foremen send voice notes from site in their own language. The diary agent turns them into the daily report: crew, progress, deliveries, delays and photos, filed against the project.
- The foreman sends a voice note or photo on WhatsApp, in any language the crew speaks.
- The agent writes it up as the daily report, in English and Arabic.
- Delays, instructions and deliveries are tagged so they can back a claim later.
- The project manager gets the day's reports in one message every evening.
The rules that create the work
Wages
Paid within 7 days
Wages fall due on a fixed schedule and must be paid within 7 days. Timesheets that close on time make that deadline easy to meet.
Heat
No outdoor work 10:00 to 15:30 in summer
Shifts and site diaries have to show the rule was kept. The diary records it as the day happens.
Payment
No payment protection law
Contractors have no statutory payment protection, so a claim is only as strong as the record behind it.

Questions
Our crew speak many languages. Does that work?
Yes. Foremen send voice notes in their own language. The report comes out in English and Arabic.
Will it submit claims for us?
No. It tracks, prepares and chases. A person approves every claim and every amount before it goes out.
What about worker visas and QIDs?
The document tracker reads every expiry date and reminds HR in time, so nobody is stopped on site by a lapsed document.
Tell us what is taking your time.
One call, thirty minutes. We answer within the hour, in either language.
