Payment chaser

Rent, invoices and progress claims slip because chasing them is awkward and nobody owns it. The payment chaser owns it: politely, on schedule, with the evidence attached.

What it does

  1. 01

    Matches what came in

Bank lines against the cheque register, invoices or claims, so it knows exactly who has paid and who has not.

  2. 02

    Reminds on schedule

A polite message on the day, a firmer one after, in each customer's language, with the invoice or claim attached.

  3. 03

    Records promises to pay

When someone replies with a date, it logs the promise and checks again the day after.

  4. 04

    Escalates to the owner

Anything still unpaid past your limit lands in front of the owner, with the history in one place.

What waits for you

In the first version a person approves every message that names an amount. You decide later what it may send on its own.

What we need from you

  • Your bank statements or accounting export
  • The cheque register, invoice list or claims log
  • Your reminder rules: when, how often, who escalates
  • The tone you want: firm, polite, or both

Time to go live

Two to four weeks, once the audit confirms which systems your data lives in.

Questions

Will it send money requests without me?

Not in the first version. A person approves anything with an amount. You can relax that later, rule by rule.

Does it work with our accounting system?

The audit finds out which system you run and how we connect to it. We quote the build after that, never before.

What about bounced cheques?

It spots a bounced cheque from the bank line, tells you the same day and starts the follow-up within your rules.

Tell us what is taking your time.

One call, thirty minutes. We answer within the hour, in either language.
